John Gilleran is the founder and ex-CEO of Focus Group Europe (FGE), a leading Gold Partner of ServiceNow Inc, the $10bn US listed cloud software business focused on IT service management. FGE is based in London and has grown very rapidly with revenues increasing from £2m to nearly £10m in the last two years. Accenture acquired FGE this year as part of a strategic growth plan aimed at strengthening Accenture’s cloud software consulting capability. It follows the earlier acquisition of similar businesses in US Canada and Germany With over 15 years of ITSM experience John has worked globally in senior roles in numerous blue-chip organisations in the Service Management industry, including LanDesk Software and FrontRange Solutions.

Ashley joined Mobeus in 2001. He is responsible for originating and completing new investments across the UK, but has particular responsibility for Yorkshire and the Midlands regions. Ashley has significant experience of investing in technology companies. He was one of the partner group that bought itself out of the Matrix Group in 2012. He graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Mathematics and Economics, and then completed an MPhil in Finance at the University of Cambridge. Ashley qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen where he was part of the consulting practice. He also worked as a strategy consultant at Arthur D. Little prior to joining Mobeus.

Brian is a co-founder of ICON and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions. He specialises in advising shareholders of technology companies on their exit strategy. He has over 20 years experience in investment banking, mergers, acquisitions and disposals. Having worked both as principal and adviser he has a unique experience as both a buyer of, and an adviser to, high growth companies in USA, France, Hong Kong, China and the UK. Prior to working at ICON Brian spent eight years in Hong Kong, latterly as Head of Equity Research for the No1 ranked Investment Bank at the time - Credit Lyonnais Securities Asia. Before that he worked for two UK PLCs as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and completed over 15 acquisitions in that period. Brian is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
