Philip is a Chartered Accountant who has experience in the financing and commercial development of several entrepreneurial companies. He was a venture capitalist in London for many years and was then CFO of a venture capital backed retail group. Philip joined Business Integrity's board in 2007 having provided advisory services to the Company during its early years. His role encompasses both CEO and CFO and he has overseen a period of rapid growth in revenues in both Europe and USA ahead of the sale of the Company to Thomson Reuters

Most recently he was CFO of a listed technology merchant bank, The Parkmead Group plc, and prior to this he was CFO and CEO of Asite plc, a listed collaboration SaaS provider to the construction industry.

Alan Bristow is the Founder and Managing Director of ICON Corporate Finance.  He is recognised as one of the country's leading corporate finance advisers and has over 25 years of combined fund raising and M&A experience. Throughout this period Alan has dealt with some of the world's leading investors and technology companies. He specializes in all aspects of raising venture capital, management buy-outs, acquisitions and corporate sales and has advised on over 200 transactions. Before establishing ICON, he spent his formative years in the City of London before joining Price Waterhouse in Melbourne. He also worked as the Finance Director for an Australian Investment Group, prior to  returning to the UK and establishing ICON as a leading M&A house to the tech sector. He holds a degree in Economics and Politics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Likes include rugby, economics, skiing, sailing and technology that makes the world a better place. He has over 20 years experience in investment banking, mergers, acquisitions and disposals. Having worked both as principal and adviser he has a unique experience as both a buyer of, and an adviser to, high growth companies in USA, France, Hong Kong, China and the UK. Prior to working at ICON Brian spent eight years in Hong Kong, latterly as Head of Equity Research for the No1 ranked Investment Bank at the time - Credit Lyonnais Securities Asia. Before that he worked for two UK PLCs as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and completed over 15 acquisitions in that period. Brian is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
