Jamie is a co-founder of RUMM and has a first class degree in electrical engineering and a Masters in Computer Science.  Involved in setting up and running businesses for over 15 years, Jamie drives forward the sales and marketing in the business and develops the strategic partnerships. He has been at the forefront of shaping the commercial offering & continues to focus on growing the business. Jamie has won many awards whilst at RUMM and also individually too - the top entrepreneur in Wales and inclusion in the who’s who of Britain’s business elite, less than 2% of directors under 40 achieve this.

Alan Bristow is the Founder and Managing Director of ICON Corporate Finance.  He is recognised as one of the country's leading corporate finance advisers and has over 25 years of combined fund raising and M&A experience. Throughout this period Alan has dealt with some of the world's leading investors and technology companies. He specializes in all aspects of raising venture capital, management buy-outs, acquisitions and corporate sales and has advised on over 200 transactions. Before establishing ICON, he spent his formative years in the City of London before joining Price Waterhouse in Melbourne. He also worked as the Finance Director for an Australian Investment Group, prior to  returning to the UK and establishing ICON as a leading M&A house to the tech sector. He holds a degree in Economics and Politics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Likes rugby, skiing, sailing and technology that makes the world a better place. He is a frequent speaker and author on venture capital fundraising and selling companies.

Brian is a co-founder of ICON and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions. He specialises in advising shareholders of technology companies on their exit strategy. He has over 20 years experience in investment banking, mergers, acquisitions and disposals. Having worked both as principal and adviser he has a unique experience as both a buyer of, and an adviser to, high growth companies in USA, France, Hong Kong, China and the UK. Prior to working at ICON Brian spent eight years in Hong Kong, latterly as Head of Equity Research for the No1 ranked Investment Bank at the time - Credit Lyonnais Securities Asia. Before that he worked for two UK PLCs as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and completed over 15 acquisitions in that period. Brian is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
