ICON’s Eddie Harding shortlisted for prestigious Finance Monthly M&A Award

We are delighted to announce that Eddie Harding, Partner at ICON Corporate Finance has been shortlisted for Deal Maker of the Year 2017.

Eddie specialises in M&A and funding for tech companies has been recognised for securing £4.1m Series A round investment from YFM Equity Partners for Matillion, a data integration technology company with a market leading product on Amazon Web Services marketplace. Eddie’s others deals include over 60 transactions including: the sale of digital Wealth Management software platform provider Parmenion to FTSE 100 listed Aberdeen Asset Management, the Private Equity investment in FinTech reconciliation software company Merit Software by Synova Capital and the sale of ultra low latency Financial Data messaging software company my-Channels to Software AG.
